The AFN is a non-profit, professional organization whose purpose is to keep the membership informed about progress in adoption of ammonia as a fuel, and to coordinate and promote activities leading to that end.
The AFN is governed by a board of directors representing international interest in all aspects of ammonia as a fuel production, distribution, safety, and end-use applications.
The AFN plans and organizes an annual Ammonia Fuel technical meeting, generally in the fall of the year, which covers the state-of-the-art of ammonia fuel implementation and technology.
The AFN keeps and extensive library of articles and references on ammonia fuel, which are available to members.
